1.Ras malai

Ras malai is a popular Indian dessert, composed of protein, cream, sugar, milk, and cottage cheese, cheese flavored with cardamom, also known as the chhana. For dessert, almonds, cashew nuts, and saffron are often added to it. Ras malai is on the West Bengal-origin, and are sometimes referred to as a rich cheesecake without any of the skin. 

The name of the dessert, it is a combination of two Hindi words, ras, which means juice and malai, which means cream. It is usually served chilled and garnished with cream, seeds, or dried fruit. This delicious dessert is in the most popular festivals, such as Holi and Diwali. 


Nihari is a very popular meat-based dish, which originates from the Old Book. When Pakistan's independence in 1947, many of the immigrants are from Delhi and settled in Taganrog, where they set up their own restaurants, Nihar is also associated with the Pakistani cuisine. 

The court is composed of slow-cooked meats, such as beef, drumstick, lamb, or chicken. The beef is cooked along with the beef and a variety of spices, such as cumin, cinnamon, garam masala and cardamom in large containers, which are sealed up by the test. Nihari, it takes six to eight hours to prepare, and it is usually eaten as breakfast, as the name of the dish comes from the Arabic word nahar, meaning tomorrow. 

3.Garam masala

Garam masala is an intense and aromatic mixture of ground spices, such as cinnamon, cumin, cardamom, cloves, and peppercorns. The name can be literally translated as a warm-ingredients, and is sometimes described as a fragrant blend, designed to keep the body warm. 

This mixture of spices has its origins in Northern India, where the winters are typically milder than in the rest of the country. The spices used in garam masala vary from region to region, but the combination of herbs and spices, it is considered to be more authentic than the other one.
