Fish and seafood is very healthy and nutritious. 


They are especially rich in in omega-3 fatty acids and iodine, two nutrients that most people miss out on. 


Studies show that people who eat a lot of seafood, especially fish, have a tendency to live longer and have a lower risk of developing many diseases, including coronary heart disease, dementia, and depression ( 9, 10, 11). 


1. Salmon 

Salmon is a type of oily fish that is very popular because of the good taste and high amount of nutrients, including protein and omega-3 fatty acids. It also contains some vitamin D. 


2. Sardines

Sardines are small, oily fish which is one of the most nutritious foods you can eat. She has a lot of, most of the nutrients that your body needs. 


3. Seafood 

Seafood, to take a similar position in nutrient density. Edible shellfish include clams, mussels, and oysters. 


4. Shrimp 

Shrimp is a type of crustacean related to crabs and lobsters. It is low in fat and calories, but high in protein. It also contains a variety of nutrients, including selenium and vitamin B12.
