1–6: Fruits and berries

 1. Apples 

Apples are high in fiber, vitamin C, and a wide range of products. They are very generous and are the perfect snack if you get hungry in between meals. 

2. Avocado 

Avocado different from most of the fruit to the fact that they've been taken out of healthy fats rather than carbohydrates. Not only are they creamy and tasty but also high in fiber, potassium, and vitamin C. 

3. Banana 

Bananas are one of the best sources of potassium. They are also rich in vitamin B6 and fiber, and are a convenient and portable. 

4. Blueberry 

Berries are not only delicious, but it is also one of the most potent sources of anti-oxidants in the world. 

5. Orange 

Oranges are well known for their vitamin C content. they are also high in fiber and anti-oxidants. 

6. Strawberry 

Strawberries are highly nutritious and low in both carbs and calories. 

They're packed with vitamin C, dietary fiber and manganese, and are likely to be some of the most delicious dishes in the world.
